Dry Tortugas National Park Florida

In the summertime, I primitive-camped for 3 nights and 4 days at Dry Tortugas National Park, located 50 miles west of Key West. Much of time was spent kayaking to Loggerhead Key for a well planned photoshoot, but the rest of my time was spent hanging out at my campsite by Fort Jefferson. Nearly 30 years in the making from 1846-1875, the fort was never finish, never attacked, and never fully armed. Today, it provides an exotic escape with cool blue water, soft sand, blazing sun, a little shade, and no cell phone signal.
