Located deep in the heart of the Florida Panhandle, Shangri-La Spring is one of interior Florida’s hidden treasures. This long exposure, shot using a 14 foot tripod while standing on my flats-boat, was among my most difficult images to capture. During a short time of year, and a small window in the daytime, the light breaks through a gap in the trees and lights up the spring water below.
