St John's River Rise
Central Florida
SKU: 359
At 310 miles, the mighty St Johns River is the longest in Florida, crossing through 10 counties, including the three largest. One summer I began a deeper exploration of this river and its tributaries to find unique compositions. During my journeys, I discovered this almost perfect arrangement of sabal palms which guide travelers with a watchful eye. After nearly 6 overnight trips to this location, I finally captured a perfect sunrise which lit up the trees on a gentle morning. Recently, I donated a 26×80 canvas wrap to the St Johns Riverkeeper annual silent charity auction.
