Walk the Plank

British Virgin Islands

While island hopping through the Virgin Islands, I discovered this dock that was renovated by the locals with some wood planks.  The intense fluorescent turquoise water is accented here by a deep blue polarized sky.  I’m glad I captured this scene before a Saharan dust plume turned the skies to a hazy gray for the rest of my photography adventure.
